"Order was right and got there on time"
I ordered flowers from royers and they showed up just like I picked them online. The card message was correct too which I always get a little nervous about. No mix ups or random substitutions. I was happy with the whole thing.

"Found something in the end"
I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for when I went in, so I kind of wandered around for a bit and checked out a few different things. There were a couple items I had in mind that weren’t available, which was a little disappointing, but it wasn’t a huge deal. After looking around more, I realized they actually had a solid selection, and it was easy enough to find something nice. Overall, I ended up happy with it

"Rough start, but they got it fixed"
My first impression wasn’t great because there was an issue with my order right away. I ended up emailing support, and to be fair, they did get it sorted out in the end. It just took longer than I was hoping, so I’d land at 3 stars.

The box arrived looking really neat, and the flowers were packed so carefully that everything stayed safe and fresh. It looked great right away, it made me really happy to open it

"She liked them, but not exactly Perfect"
The flowers arrived on time and she said they looked really nice, so that part was good. They just weren’t quite as full as the photo made them look, which was a little disappointing for the price. But she was happy with them, so overall i guess it worked out okay.

I’ve usually stuck with another site for orders like this, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying royers.com, but the communication was really good. I got updates when they received my order, when it was being worked on, and again when it shipped.
I never had to follow up or sit there wondering what was happening, which I really appreciated. Everything was clear and on time, and even though I’m still a little loyal to my usual go-to, this experience definitely makes me more likely to use Royers again...

I ordered from royers.com the price felt fair for what I got. It wasn’t just the cheapest option out there, but the flowers were nice quality and the delivery went fine. I’d use them again if I need flowers.

"The roses somehow survived the whole week looking gorgeous"
I ordered roses from royers.com for my mom, i was bracing myself for the usual flower delivery drama—sad petals, a bruised bouquet, the whole tragedy. But they showed up looking really fresh and pretty, like they’d just been arranged. The petals weren’t beat up at all, and the bouquet still looked good almost a week later. My mom was thrilled, and I was genuinely impressed. I’d definitely order from them again.
